Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht und bezahlt. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht verfügbar. Die angebotene Ersatzwohnung war völlig desolat und verdreckt und deshalb unzumutbar. Wir mussten kurzfristig auf ein teures Hotel ausweichen. Weder der Vermieter, noch Booking.com als Vermittler hat Interesse den bezahlten Betrag zurückzuzahlen. Obwohl die Wohnung nicht verfügbar war. Guter Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Dieser Anbieter ist nicht seriös unbedingt meiden

Lite utstyr på kjøkken. Slitte møbler og senger. Støvete. Dårlig plass på badet. Lite håndklær, i tillegg luktet de ille. Knapt med toalettpapir. Få plasser å henge opp klær.
