Not A 5 Star Resort But for the Price It Was Ok

Beautiful views and a quiet place. Nice spa facilities. Staff was pleasant.

Advertised at 5 stars and with spa. So we booked because the price looked good. Pool access not included in booking - it is part of the spa. This was not apparent at time of booking. Indicated it was for our wedding registration at time of booking but was not noted down. Reception asked why did we not indicate it or they could have done something for us. We were then upgraded to a higher room category. The upgraded room did not resemble a 5 star hotel room. It had stains on the curtains and toilet sink. The shower area had a faulty holder. See pictures. Overall felt like a conference hotel.

L'hotel è molto sporco e trascurato. Soprattutto nelle zone comuni e nei ristoranti la condizione igienica è preoccupante. Anche piatti e bicchieri a colazione sono sporchi. Il cibo ai ristoranti è il peggiore di Danimarca, anche questo è trascurato e nell'insalata i pomodori erano marci. La SPA è sporchissima sia nelle piscine che nei lettini. Davvero orribile, muffe e capelli. Non c'è nessun servizio spa. Nulla di quanto promesso dal sito. Non danno nemmeno le ciabattine in hotel ... ma la signora della reception si raccomanda di non scivolare in piscina ... fiori di plastica ovunque. Non rifanno la stanza! NON ANDATECI
