Affordable central stay in a nice hotel :)

Great location and good value for money. I’d stay here again.

It was a little worse for wear in the room, dirty walls, scratched up floor. I stayed two nights and the first night there was loud karaoke in a bar next door which eventually stopped around 1am but it didn’t happen the next night so might have been an anomalie. I found the breakfast a bit expensive for what it was. But otherwise I would return here

Location is excellent. Right next to really quaint street around the corner with coffee and shops. Also nice toiletry options and scents in the rooms (shampoo conditioner and lotions).

Noisy. It wasn’t the outside noise that I could hear, but the cleaning staff and people above me in the mornings. Very loud.

Mysigt hotell mitt i hjärtat alv Köpenhamn

Frukosten var toppen. Detta är ett gammalt hotell, som har lyckats bevara en känsla inga nya hotell kan leverera på. Jag var sjuk under min vistelse och personalen kunde ansträngt sig mer för att hjälpa mig. Det fanns endast en toast att beställa, vilket jag gjorde en av de fyra dagar jag var gäst, de övriga dagarna sa personalen bara att de ej hade råvaror. Om viljan hade funnits så hade man kunnat ta en brödbit från frukosten och erbjudit detta. Då jag hade hög feber, samt magsjuka de två första dygnen så kände jag mig maktlös. Utbudet i hotellbaren måste utökas så man kan få något lätt på plats, samt att personalen ges utrymme för att ge extraservice vid behov. (Personalen var dock rara och jag tror att begränsningen låg i att de arbetade få per pass).

Hade servicen från boendet varit bättre, mer hjälpsam samt att man erbjudit sig att gå till apotek som låg 20 m från hotellet samt sett till att jag hade te på rummet hade detta varit guld värt och dricksen varit mkt generös. Rummet var dock fint och rent, hotellbaren var mysig och priset rimligt. Det finns parkering på innergården, även laddstolpe, att boka. Dock kände jag mig osäker i trafiken, hotellet ligger utmed en väldigt trafikerad gata, så jag la 3000 danska kronor på att stå i Saga parkeringsgarage. Ett plus för fläkten i taket, perfekt under rusningstimmarna då man störs lite av öppna fönster. Vet att hotellet har rum med balkong, samt två mkt cool husvagnar på innergården som man kan hyra. Det var ljudisolerat och jag blev ej störd av grannar. Detta hotell passar unga som gamla med närhet till precis allt. Ledningen har givetvis ansvar för personal, och dem kan ju ta med sig att ha en handlingsplan för att ge extra god service när en av deras gäster blir akut sjuk.
