Great location, basic clean standards, helpful staff and nice modern clean communal areas inside and outside. Easily accessible to the the main central station and all central attractions and activities.

Relativt bra läge, nära tågstation samt 10-15 minuters promenad från Strøget.

Behövde betala för å få förvara våra resväskor när vi hade checkat ut. Samt att loftet inte ens var bäddat när vi skulle sova. Var knappt plats för 3 personer. Frukosten var lite tråkig.

Me alojé en la habitación 548 por tres días La limpieza no es el fuerte del hotel, es decir no hacen aseo a las habitaciones sino en estancias de 5 días a lo menos, dicen que es para no usar químicos, el olor pestilente de los baños se puede sentir cuando levantas la tapa del WC o cuando ingresas a los que están en las áreas comunes, había mugre debajo de la cama, el baño era minúsculo no tiene siquiera extractor, imagínense la humedad y el olor que se cría ahí. Al llegar los empleados del FrontDesk te mandan directamente al Locker, otro negocio que tienen montado, pagamos para guardar las maletas por 6 horas y antes de 45 minutos sacamos las maletas, cuando preguntamos por la devolución del dinero no ocupado, nos respondieron que era “otra empresa” la que administraba los lockers y que debíamos llamarlos a ellos. Pregunté si me podían guardar un contenedor de un litro de agua por 5 minutos y el Sr Gerente que estaba ahí me preguntó ¿5 o 10 minutos? Y mi respuesta fue quizás 10 minutos, entonces el me dijo no, no podemos guardar más de 5 minutos nada, en este hostel no conocen la cortesía. Durante el desayuno nos preparamos 3 sandwich’s para terminar arriba pues el calor es insoportable, y cuando estábamos por levantarnos apareció una señorita del Staff, para decirnos que los 3 “sanguchitos” no nos lo podíamos llevar y le pregunté entonces que debíamos hacer y respondió que debíamos dejarlos y le dije, ¿aunque se vayan a ir a la basura? Su respuesta fue que el Sr. Gerente está mirando las cámaras y que la había dado esa instrucción y que no podíamos llevarnos los “sanguchitos”. Luego hablé con el Sr. Gerente a quien no le interesan sus clientes y le hice ver que no era la forma de avisarnos que no podíamos subir parte del desayuno para comer arriba y no el caluroso sótano donde dan el desayuno, además le dije lo horrible que era el servicio del hotel, la falta de aseo, la falta de ventilación, lo minúsculo de los recintos, y la nula cortesía con que trataban
