Multiple complaints about dirt in the stairway and rooms (hair, leaves, debris) and overgrown exterior; toilet paper was available and the toilet was described as relatively fresh, but overall cleanliness was poor.
Host answered the phone every time and was consistently reachable; while some issues were not resolved, responsiveness and at least one very positive review suggest service can be excellent for some guests.
