Everything was perfect, from the staff to the food, the pool area was fantastic. However, there was a lack of a kettle in the room so one could make tea/coffee for oneself in the evening. Besides that, everything was 10/10.

Nice room. However, there was a lack of an electric kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea. Too loud music. Too much staff, constantly feeling like someone was on your tail, and we even experienced an employee following us and asking if we were staying at the hotel.

We have just stayed at your place and would like to praise the excellent service with the loveliest employees both at the reception, the pool, and the restaurant. The place was beautifully decorated and incredibly atmospheric. There was a warmth that Skodsborg and other spas do not have. We only have 2 points of criticism: 1. WAY too small coffee cups for a 5-star hotel, especially for brunch. 2. It is annoying that when you are at the spa as a couple, there are women in thongs. For some, it may be normal, but not for most. It would be great if there were guidelines for that. You are on a spa break to relax and enjoy as a couple. It seems uncivilized and inconsiderate. There used to be guidelines for that sort of thing, and it was nice, especially when on a romantic trip. Just for the record, it is also not nice to see men in thongs when on a romantic getaway. We loved the place but needed to provide our feedback in case those conditions could be improved. It will not be the last time we are there.
