Das hat dem Gast gefallen

We had a lovely stay at Shaheen Hotel. The hotel was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. What really made our stay enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful and always happy to help. A special thank you to Riyam, Saleel, Maryam, Ayaa and Mohal for their kindness and hospitality. You really made us feel welcome! Apart from that, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you to the entire team!

Das könnte besser sein

The only downside was the exchange rate used by the hotel. The reservation amount is first converted into US dollars and then into Iraqi dinars, but unfortunately they use an much higher exchange rate. This means you end up paying more than expected, which I think should be improved.
