The staff at reception is brilliant, really lovely and super helpful. I could check in early and that really helped me be on time for work later. They also scheduled an alarm so I wouldn't miss my super early train the following day. My room was so nice, I was gutted I could only enjoy it for one night. I would definitely stay here again

The Check-in with Valeria was extraordinary. Compliment. The room on the 4th floor was with side views of the Elbe. Loved my room. Breakfast 🍳 is also worth the 28 Euros 💶. I could park my bicycle 🚲 in the garage. Bring a good lock 🔐 and it’s perfect. Location is also fantastic, especially if you move by bicycle 🚲 in the city 🏙️

Gute Lage, offenes freundliches Konzept Ein außergewöhnlich nettes, aufmerksames und herzliches Personal. Ich musste morgens um 03.40 zum Flughafen und mir wurde direkt beim frühen check out ein coffee to go angeboten und gemacht ! Sensationell, das ist mir in noch keinem 5 Sterne Hotel bei ungezählten Reisen passiert!

Camera molto bella e spaziosa, posizione comodissima per Hafen city con tanti locali vicinissimi aperti anche di domenica. Personale molto gentile, colazione spettacolare.

L'unica nota negativa è il personale della reception alla partenza ha fatto un po' di casino con il taxi che avevamo prenotato, fortunatamente un altro taxi che passava per altro impegno ci ha portati altrimenti rimanevamo a piedi.
