1. Bathroom door hinge fails and can not be closed. I reflected this problem but there was no repair during my two days stay. The manager strangely asked me why the door was broken after I checked out. 2. There is an elevator, but only for downstairs, not upstairs. I didn’t know why and asked the manager how to use for upstairs, but with no response. 3. The room and the shower cabin is very small. 4. Washbasin drains slow.
