All in all, I have been a little disappointed - but we all love Bornholm.

It was nice and clean and the location is absolutely perfect.

What could be improved

I had dreamed of the experience of being in a hotel - but when I have to do a lot of the work myself, that experience is lost - for example, we were reprimanded to clean up after our breakfast and it becomes a bit too much like a bistro atmosphere (and I don't mind working - but I think there should be an experience away from everyday life when staying at a hotel). Furthermore, we could not charge the car - as the charging stations were just for show - and that meant we had to extend our journey home with an extra charging stop.

Better information; it is stated online that cleaning is included. No information on where to dispose of trash, where to get toilet paper, etc. Difficult to climb the steep stairs with luggage.
