What the guest liked

Decent but a bit worn hotel. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine.

What could be improved

There was a lot of smoke and noise from the bar in the evening but not so much that you couldn't fall asleep.

The staff was nice, tidy but there was a smell of smoke in the hallway all the way, don't know why. Good facilities.

Breakfast was not varied, the same every day. Smell of smoke in the hallway on the second floor, don't know if those who smoke outside don't close the door. I thought it was a bit expensive too, because at that price here in Norway, it's a luxury hotel.

What could be improved

Could use blackout curtains. Could the door locks be made silent, annoying to hear when people come home late. There was a really strong smell of smoke, really unpleasant.

It was a cozy place, nice and clean and quiet.

What could be improved

Missed a bit of life and coziness, there could have been tablecloths on the tables when you came down for breakfast, maybe flowers and some light on the tables, maybe also missed seeing some service, someone who maybe came and asked if you needed anything, and kept the breakfast buffet fresh, they could have asked what time you expected to come down and eat, so the eggs and bacon were warm, and juice refilled.
