Quiet location within easy reach of city centre of Copenhagen. Helpful staff Spacious and comfortable mini apartment. Excellent breakfast buffet Lovely swimming pool and associated facilities Bike hire Convenience of restaurant opposite and nearby corner store.

What could be improved

We stayed four nights but the change of bed linen etc only took place on the third day. Halfway through would have been sensible 🙂 It would have been nice to have a more generous supply of tea, coffee and milk by the room kettle. No one wants to buy jars of coffee etc for a relatively short stay.

Comfortable and soundproof hotel

What the guest liked

TODO: very well-kept hotel, cleanliness, very comfortable bed, attentive staff location (very quiet area and 20 minutes walk from the center), completely soundproofed room, correct room size for 3 people, necessary utensils to cook for a few days, pool and sauna good complement to end the day (close at 23h). Small supermarket, right on the corner of the hotel, with the same prices as in the rest of the city. Very easy to reach from the airport, 25 minutes and then 10 minutes walk. The Adina group hotels, in which I have stayed, are exceptional.

Very well-appointed kitchen, with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The space is efficiently organized to feel roomy. Black-out curtains in the bedroom and living room. Ample closet and kitchen cupboard space. The indoor pool and sauna area is clean and enjoyable, although we would have liked a hot tub as well. Staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Ample bathroom, laundry and kitchen amenities provided (e.g. garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, tissues). Property responded quickly to enquiries prior to stay.

What could be improved

Bathtub/shower was slippery without well-positioned grab bars.

What the guest liked

I thought the aparthotel was perfect for what we needed. It was a great size, had all the utensils and facilities we required, and was very clean and conformable throughout our stay. The staff were lovely, welcoming and always very helpful whenever we needed anything. It felt like a home away from home and worked really well for us. Also thankful they let us have the bikes to rent for the time we needed.

What could be improved

There wasn't much we didn't like about the aparthotel, as overall it was a great stay. However as there were 5 of us, we needed to use the sofa bed, but this hadn't been prepared and there was no bedding provided when we arrived. Also a few extra towels would have been appreciated. We arrived early and understood that an early check-in would incur an additional charge, so we were happy to wait until the standard 3pm check-in time. Unfortunately, the room was not ready at 3pm, which meant we were not able to access it later than expected and felt a little rushed getting ready. Although we were compensated with a bottle of wine for the delay, which was appreciated. Aside from these minor issues, we really didn't have any other complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
