Buena ubicacion, excelente desayuno

Ubicacion y desayuno , que es muy completo y está todo muy bueno

What could be improved

Que si antes de las 9h no cuelgas el cartel de limpiar la habitación , no te la limpian , ni te hacen la cama , ni te limpian el baño. Para eso te vas a un airb&b. El olor a cerrado de la habitacion. El agua se salia de la ducha.

Perfect short shopping trip

I was on site for two days for a shopping stay with my daughter. The location of the Ascot Hotel is ideal with proximity to the train station and the city center. We were welcomed very friendly and even received a room upgrade on a pleasant floor.

What could be improved

The rooms are furnished to a high standard, unfortunately the bed was a bit too soft for my taste. Room cleaning is provided on request, as is often the case in these latitudes. Personally, I would prefer an automatic daily room cleaning.

Cosy, cute & central!

So cosy, central & perfect for a night in before an early flight! The staff are so kind & friendly + were so quick to order us a taxi when we needed one! The rooms are cute, equipped & private 🫶

What could be improved

It didn't bother us, but be mindful; they are snug rooms, not tonnes of space! The fridge was also filled to the brim with items, so not too much space for your own food/drinks if you have any 😀
