Good value for money

What the guest liked

Very good location (I was doing the Ironman race and I find that the hotel is a great option for athletes). In addition the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is nice.

Rooms are in need of renovating - furnishings and bathroom all very worn and seen better days. Very little sound proofing between rooms - could hear other bathrooms in use and people walking around above etc
