Hotel with good rooms but lacking services...

Great location, quiet rooms, comfortable bed and good space. Excellent breakfast

What could be improved

In a hotel where I paid over 300 euros per night, many things are missing, what does the courtesy set consist of? There is no shower cap or anything else in the bathroom, not even a packet for sanitary pads! The fridge is empty, not even a bottle of water, if you need it at night you have to go to the vending machine at the entrance. And finally, it's not pleasant to shower among the black tiles covered in limescale! Out of 3 lamps, two were not working. In French or Italian cities with 4 stars, you find much more... even in London it's better! It's a shame, it could be much better.

Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect location for our plans in the city, everything within walking distance.

What could be improved

The room felt a bit worn, especially the bathroom. Hard pillows. A lot of noise from other rooms in the building.
