What the guest liked

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Good view. Easy to get around. Definitely thinking of booking the place again

What could be improved

Could be nice to have a small kiosk in the reception, in case you need water or forgot a toothbrush, for example. The room was not entirely clean

Okay

What the guest liked

The location was 10/10. The bed was fine, great shower, and good to have a desk

What could be improved

That there was no lock from the inside, and that the door might not be fully locked. Felt unsafe. The radiator turned off now and then, and with the windows not being tight. So sometimes it got very cold inside

Renholdelse var dårlig

Cleanliness · 4.8/10

Rengøringen var under al kritik, der lå et tykt lag støv på lampe, vinduer kunne næsten ikke lukkes op.

Service · 8.8/10

Ekstrem venlig personale, standard quality for this hotel tier.

Location · 9.3/10

Kanon beliggenhed, centralt beliggende, tæt på banegården.

Room Quality · 5.3/10

Værelset er ikke hyggeligt, nedslidt, mange klager over støj.

Amenities · 6.8/10

Gode faciliteter, men kunne opgraderes, f.eks. morgenmaden.

Value for Money · 7.2/10

Ok i forhold til prisen, men bedre møbler og lidt hygge er ønskeligt.

Food and Beverage · 6.3/10

Morgenmaden er fin, men kunne opgraderes med f.eks. æg.

Overall Experience · 6.8/10

Det er hvad man kan forvente af et hostel, men der mangler nogle forbedringer.
