Left again as it was not the right apartment. Got a completely different (inferior) one that was not cleaned

On the day, we were informed that we got a different apartment than the one booked. The one we got had inferior kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms and was not cleaned. We gave the landlord the opportunity to fix it. As he did not do that, we informed him that we would not stay in the apartment and that we wanted a refund, as we had to find alternative accommodation for 4 people. He refused to transfer the money

Accommodation was no longer available, used the host's alternative, which we regretted. Too hot, too small, and not suitable for rent

What could be improved

On our way there, I received a message that this booked apartment was not available but Andreas had another one. In that apartment, there were still things like clothes, fridge items, and I had to take the bedding out of the dryer myself. The TV was on a chair but not connected
