The staff were great, very welcoming and professional. The room was clean, modern and well decorated with a large comfy bed. The terrace and view were stunning.

What could be improved

Unfortunately when we arrived, we were made aware that the pool was not available due to cleaning. This was a shame, however we were compensated.

I loved the room, was extremely comfortable and lovely facilities, it felt like home from home. The staff were very friendly and good with communication.

What could be improved

There was no access to the pool, which i wasn't informed about until we got there. This was disappointing as that was one of the reason I booked. I was also disappointed that the restaurant was closed 2 nights in a row but was only informed about 1 evening being closed which they compensated., so the 2nd night was difficult to get food as the location of the hotel is out of the way.

Customer service was great. Dinner was delicious. I appreciate the celebration gifts. The view is amazing. Spacious villa.

What could be improved

I guess this is a design issue, but the AC is directly over the bed in the villa where I stayed. Staff need to be mindful of playing loud music early in the morning. This awakened me from my sleep.
