Service · 9.2/10

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, attentive and helpful; managers solved problems promptly and many guests specifically complimented the team and bar staff.

Location · 8.5/10

Described as a good, secure location with pleasant grounds and easy access; guests recommend the site and emphasize its attractive setting.

Room Quality · 6.8/10

Mixed reports: some rooms comfortable and clean, but several accounts of old mattresses, non-working AC, frequent leaks and bathrooms needing upgrades.

Pool, garden, bar and safe are positive features; however amenities are marred by unreliable Wi‑Fi and frequent power outages reported by multiple guests.
