Nothing the place was like a local lodging with with foreign nationals from neighboring countrie living like normal tenants the the drains was so stink.

My stay at the Emerald Apartments was very pleasant and enjoyable. I didn't get to meet the owner but I did get the pleasure of meeting the the manager, Ms. Ibett San Juan Ulloa. She was exceptional in proving anything that I requested. I had the pleasure of meeting her family and it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely return to Emerald Apartments on my next visit to Guyana. Thank you Ibett.
What could be improved
The power went off a couple of times but was only for a short period. The water pressure was a little low but functional.

The host , she was very welcoming, I feel at home. She did she can to make my stay a good one.
What could be improved
I think it was good value for the price. Maybe an ac in the living room area would have been nice, but there is one in the bedroom to keep you cool.
