What the guest liked

Excellent location on/near West Bay Beach with private-feeling pier
Very good pool suitable for kids and adults
Generous breakfast with great views
Friendly/helpful named staff and attentive restaurant/bar team
Comfortable rooms for many guests
Pleasant amenities (live music at the pier, relaxing atmosphere)

What could be improved

Some reports of small rooms and limited luggage space
Occasional mattress/tv/room maintenance issues
A few instances of rude or unempathetic staff and a night with no staff available
At least one billing/double-charge incident and initial slow responsiveness
Mixed reports on food quality (mostly good but at least one very negative comment)

Cleanliness · 9.4/10

Multiple mentions of good overall cleanliness (explicit praise for general cleanliness); no major cleanliness complaints.

Service · 9.3/10

Many reviews praise specific staff members by name and describe warm, helpful service, though a few reports note rude/unempathetic interactions and an occasion with no staff available at night.

Location · 10.0/10

Consistently highlighted as excellent — right off West Bay Beach with a private-feeling beach and own pier; repeatedly described as a perfect location.

Room Quality · 9.4/10

Mixed notes: several guests found rooms comfortable and spacious while others mentioned small rooms, limited luggage space, a squeaky/old bed and a mattress needing replacement; overall generally good but with some inconsistency.

Amenities · 9.6/10

Strong mentions of amenities: nice pool (good for kids and adults), restaurant with pier and live music, free breakfast with great views — amenities are a highlight.

Value for Money · 9.4/10

Several reviews explicitly mention very good value and good price/quality ratio; one logistics issue (transfer) was external to the hotel.

Food and Beverage · 9.7/10

Generally praised (restaurant and bar staff receive many positive mentions and good meals/drinks), though a small number of guests reported poor food on isolated occasions.

Overall Experience · 10.0/10

Overall highly positive — many guests describe the stay as paradise, excellent location and memorable breakfasts/views; isolated service/billing issues did not dominate overall sentiment.
