Modern comfortable base to explore.

What the guest liked

Modern. Comfortable. Clean. Almost everything was covered. Shops close enough to walk to. TV is a good size. Recommended stay.

What could be improved

Shower heads were small so didn't have a good spread. The extraction fans were permanently on. The off switch was above the doors. Too high for me. Some maintenance is required. Some of the kitchen utensils are missing or damaged. No mirror in the dressing room. Just minor niggles.

Very relaxed, enjoyable stay.

The Elms is a great place to stay with excellent facilities and secure parking. It was close to all the amenities and you can step straight into the community and enjoy the experience of the Isle of Man.

Excellent apartment. All facilities that we needed. Very comfortable. Very clean. Good location. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Quilt was too hot for the summer, but I had my own anyway as I find this to be the case in most places

It’s was wonderful and had everything we needed we booked last minute we literally had our original hotel cancel as we were boarding the ferry and was lucky to have availability at the elms

Finding the car accessible entrance if you don’t know the area can be difficult and it would be beneficial if the owners gave details of the housing estate where the enterence is (postcode)
