keep the property clean and comfort please

Everything was good, except the check-in time. during booking, i chose the check in to be between 11-12 then i surprised that they said it will be subject to availability and you will receive the room by 2 PM.

What could be improved

the check in time, it was chosen during the booking. if this option is not available, it is better to remove it or mention the exact check in starting from 2 PM.
