A localização é excelente, com diversos restaurantes , o parque , a Galeria Brera próximos. O cafe-da-manha é farto e muito bom. O quarto, apesar de apertado, é confortável.

What could be improved

A academia é minúscula e só conta com dois aparelhos; daí - acho - tentarem compensar e colocarem um mat e pesinhos no quarto. Elevadores também pequenos. Mas, o hotel aproveitou estrutura de hotel já existente, o metro quadrado na região é caríssimo…

Os funcionários são jovens, que criam o ambiente fantástico. O MENEDGER ANDREA É UM DIAMANTE LAPIDADO, QUE ILUMINA ESTE HOTEL!!! Eu tive o problema na devolução de valor de pre-autorização por falha do servidor, e este jovem não descansou até eu ter dinheiro de volta, enquanto eu já estive em Portugal. Já viajei muito, mas NUNCA encontrei um profissionalismo perfeito, que coincide com bom coração e educação de alto nível !!! Muito obrigada, Andrea !!!

Perfect boutique hotel for holiday and work.

Location was perfect, central to everything. Loved the breakfast, great choices but not overwhelming. We had a meeting with clients, followed by lunch upstairs. The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional and the staff were attentive and fun.
